Sarah Castor-Perry

ADHD Coach & Consultant

I’m Sarah Castor-Perry, an EMCC-accredited coach with over 10 years’ experience helping individuals, teams, and organisations bring clarity from complexity and achieve meaningful, sustainable change.

Through my coaching practice, I work with adults at all stages of life and career, helping you understand your authentic self, gain clarity on your goals, and develop confidence and practical strategies to navigate life, leadership, and neurodivergence.

I hold professional coaching qualifications from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and specialist certification in ADHD coaching through ADHD Works. Alongside coaching, I have extensive experience in leadership facilitation, organisational culture change, and consulting in both public and private sectors.

My unique approach draws on this diverse professional background, combining leadership and organisational change expertise with a deep understanding of neurodivergence. Whether you're navigating ADHD, building confidence, or stepping into leadership, I offer a tailored, supportive coaching experience to help you achieve meaningful progress.

My approach

Specialist support for ADHD

As a certified ADHD Works coach, I provide tailored support for adults with ADHD, helping you develop strategies around focus, communication, organisation, and resilience. I understand the practical realities of ADHD in the workplace and personal life and will work with you to build confidence and self-trust.

Empowering individuals to lead with clarity

I coach adults who want to develop self-awareness, improve focus, and unlock their full potential, whether you’re navigating a leadership role, career transition, or the challenges of ADHD. My coaching offers a calm, supportive space to reflect, explore, and take action.

Evidence-based, tailored coaching

Sessions are always tailored to your goals, supporting you to understand yourself better and take meaningful steps forward. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build on strengths, and create strategies that work for you and your life.

Organisational insight

Having worked across corporate, public, and consulting sectors, including senior roles in leadership development, I offer a nuanced understanding of workplace culture, leadership dynamics, and organisational change. This experience enables me to support professionals navigating complex environments and leadership challenges.

Flexible support for modern life

I offer coaching in-person in London or via online sessions, with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. I also provide workshops and neurodiversity inclusion training to organisations.
