My approach
Empowering neurodivergent individuals
I specialise in coaching adults who are late-diagnosed or exploring their neurodivergence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, offering a supportive space to explore who you are and what you need. Together, we can work on improving focus, managing overwhelm, understanding identity, and building confidence in both personal and professional settings.
Evidence-based, personalised coaching
I blend professional experience, academic knowledge, and lived understanding to provide coaching that is both evidence-based and truly personalised. Sessions are structured around your goals, with practical strategies to help with focus, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and identity work. We’ll always work at a pace that feels right for you.
A reflective, safe space
I understand that coaching can feel like a lot to navigate after getting an ADHD diagnosis. I create a calm, reflective space where you can slow down, process, and think clearly. You won’t be rushed to do anything before you feel ready. Instead, I’ll offer gentle structure, curiosity, and insight to help you explore strengths, work through barriers, and develop tools that fit your life.
Coaching for real life
Coaching isn’t just about setting goals. It’s about helping you navigate the realities of life with your neurodivergence. Whether you’re managing work challenges, sensory overload, relationships, or burnout, our sessions focus on what’s most relevant to you. I can also provide strategies around energy management, boundaries, and workplace adjustments where helpful.
Informed by professional insight
As a former senior lecturer and researcher, I’ve contributed to national research projects on neurodiversity, inclusion, and leadership. This background allows me to offer informed, practical coaching grounded in the latest thinking on neurodivergence and co-occurrence.
Flexible, accessible support
I offer online and in-person sessions in London, with flexible options to fit around busy schedules or fluctuating energy levels.
